No 30 St Dunstan's Street [TR 143658256 sited from OS 1/1250 1970]. Grade II. Late 18th century. (1) No 30 St Dunstan's Street. Part of 17th century or earlier timber framed building. (2) Could be 16th century. (3)

2. Late C18. 2 storeys stuccoed. Tiled roof with 1 dormer. 4 sashes with verticals only. Later shopfront. Plinth.
