Nos 56-59 St Dunstan's Street [TR 14375822 - Sited from HHR map]. Grade II. Originally a 16thc range. No 56 - late 18thc front. Nos 57 & 58 - early 19thc fronts. No 59 - timber-framed, faced with cement. (1) No 56 St Dunstan's Street. A medieval building refurbished in the 19th century. (2) No 56 St Dunstan's Street. One bay of 17th century house, altered and extended in 18th century. Originally medieval structure. No 57 St Dunstan's Street. Part of 17th century house comprising one bay. Encased in brick, early 19th century. (3) No 58 St Dunstan's Street. One bay of 17th century house, encased in brick early 19th century. No 59 St Dunstan's Street. Narrow bay of 17th century building. (4)

2. Part of a C16 range together with Nos 57, 58 and 59. Late C18 front, 2 storeys and attic cement-rendered with rusticated base. Tiled roof with 2 hipped dormers. Parapet and bracket cornice. 2 sashes, one with pediment over, the other a 3 light bay through 2 floors. Left hand doorcase has fanlight, 6 fielded panelled door and console brackets. Rear elevation has a 2 storey gabled extension. Nos 51 to 66 (consec) form a group. Listing NGR: TR1436558226 (5)
