Description from record TR 15 NW 75:
No 87 (Westgate House) St Dunstan's Street (TR 14525812 - OS 1:2500 1957).  Grade II*. Dated 1750 on rainwater heads.  3 storeys red brick.  Hipped tiled roof with wide wooden bracket cornice.  5 sashes with glazing bars intact.  2 stringcourses.  Plinth.  Ground floor sashes have shutters.Central wooden doorcases with pediment and 2 plain Ionic half columns.  Panelled reveals and 6 panelled door. 2 stone steps and footscrapers.  Wrought iron spear rails to area with acorn finials on ends.  The fine lead rainwater heads also have an acorn motif. 1 sash on side elevation.  The rear elevation has 1 Venetion window. The left side has a later C19 extension of 2 storeys and gable with lunette.  3 sashes and brick gate piers with ball finials.  The interior has fine marble fireplaces and panelling with ovolo moulding on the edge.  Overmantel in the front room with a Rococo border. Staircase with carved tread-ends.
