Description from record TR 15 NW 275:
Nos 22 and 23 St Peter's Street [TR 14675804 - sited from HHR map]. Grade II. 16thc timber-framed house much restored. (1) No 22 St Peter's Street. 16th-17th century timber-framed house. No 23 St Peter's Street. 19th century facade in neo-classical style to earlier building. (2)

2. C16 timber-framed house much restored. The right side has 2 storeys and a gable. Old tiled roof with 1 casement and protruding bay. Good Georgian bow on ground floor with reeded pilasters. Left side has early C19 Neo-Classical pediment and plain Ionic columns with the motto of Canterbury College of Art.
Nos 19 to 27A (consec) form a group.
