2. A timber-framed building refaced in the C19. 2 storeys painted brick. Old tiled roof. 3 light mullioned and transomed window. Modern shop front. Rear elevation is of 2 storeys timber-framed with some herringbone brick infill. 3 hipped dormers. Windows are restored mullions with leaded lights. Dated 1620. Roof in series of hips. Included for group value.
Nos 14 and 15 form a group.

No 14 St Peter's Street. The Kentish Cricketers [TR 14705801 sited from OS 1/1250 1971]. Grade II. 18th century front to late 17th century timber-framed building. No 15 St Peter's Street [TR 14705801 sited from OS 1/1250 1971]. Grade II. A timber-framed building refaced in the 19th century. (1) No 15 and the western part of No 14 St Peter's Street form a two bay medieval hall house. The eastern part of No 15 [sic] extends back for two bays from the main street along St Peter's Lane. Architectural details suggest a 14th century date. (2) No 14 St Peter's Street. Timber-framed building. Front part probably medieval with 18th century alterations. No 15 St Peter's Street. Timber-framed building, probably medieval, much altered. (3)
