The following text is from the original listed building designation:

2. Early C19 industrial building. 1 to 3 storeys red brick with grey headers. Right hand portion is of 4 storeys with tiled mansard roof. The left side has a parapet with stone coping. The left side has 1 sash and 2 round-headed sashes with glazing bars intact. Round-headed doorcase with fanlight having glazing bars and panelled reveals. 3 steps and 7 panelled door. Right side has stable doors and round-headed windows, some of them blanks.

It was demolished in the 1970s.
