Nos 54 to 60 (even) Wincheap [centred TR 1439057250 sited from OS 1/1250 1981] Grade II. Probably 18th century. (1) No 54 Wincheap. Original building at front is 16th or 17th century. Later extensions 19th century. No 56 Wincheap. Front is 16th or 17th century. 19th century brick extension. Nos 58 and 60 Wincheap. Two separate 16th or 17th century timber- framed houses. Both with some 19th century extension. (2)

Nos 54 to 60 (even) TR 1457 SW 7/359 GV II
2. Probably C18. 2 storeys stuccoed. Old tiled roof with 4 dormers, 3 of them hipped. 2 large brick chimney stacks. Quoins and stringcourse. 4 sashes with some glazing bars intact. No 54 has an early C19 shop front with glazing bars. No 56 has a later shop front. Nos 58 and 60 have early C19 shop fronts with panelled risers.
Nos 42 to 64 (even) form a group.
