The following text is from the original listed building designation:

2. Early C18 pair. 2 storeys and attics red brick. Old tiled mansard roof in 2 hips. Tile-hung gables face the road. 1 cambered sash with glazing bars intact to each number, No 9 has a side entrance with flat hood, console brackets and 6 fielded panelled door. No 10 has a modern hood and a 6 panelled door. Rainwater head. The rear elevation is dated 1818 with the names Frick and Becker - but this must refer to a restoration.
Nos 1 to 10 (consec) form a group.
