Cottage, formerly 2 Cottages derelict at tine of survey. C.1820. red brick, the front rendered to imitate masonry with hipped old tiled roof. 2 storeys, 3 window. 12-pane sashes in reveals and right side doorcase with semi-circular fan- light and 2 panelled door. Elaborate early C19 doorknocker with antique head. Left side plain doorcase with 4 flush-panelled door. Interior ground floor has wooden fireplace, dado rail and straight flight staircase.
