1. 944 WORTHGATE PLACE (North West Side)

2. Early C18 refaced with cement. 2 storeys and attics. Tiled roof with restored dormer. Moulded wooden eaves cornice. Stringcourse. 3 sashes with glazing bars intact and keystones on ground floor. Good doorcase with flat wooden hood supported by console brackets. Rusticated surround. Rectangular fanlight with glazing bars and band of reeding beneath. 6 panelled door. The left side elevation has a curved Dutch gable with sliding sash. The other end is built on to the City Wall.
