The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. 944 SPRING LANE
Little Barton Farmhouse (Formerly listed under Pilgrim's Way) TR 15 NE 10/237 3.12.49.

2. An L-shaped red brick house. The main portion on South wing is C17 and has 1 'Gothick' pointed light. The east front is earlier than the west and has 3 half-hippod gables (with a later bay window added on the ground and 1st floor of file northernmost of these). The west front has 2 storeys and attic, 3 windows, 3 dormers, stringcourse and casement windows. The West wing is C18. 2 storeys, 2 windows. Sash windows with glazing bars intact. Tiled roof.
