The following text is from the original listed building designation:

2. Mid C18. 2 storeys and basement, red brick with grey headers. Old tiled roof with wide wooden modillion cornice. 5 sashes set in moulded wooden architraves with brick heads. Part brick stringcourse above each window. Central doorcase has a moulded architrave and rectangular fanlight with 2 glazing bars. Reeded door surround with paterae in corners. The side elevation has 1 sliding sash. The rear elevation is mostly tile-hung and has 3 sashes, 1 a 3 light bow.
Nos 2 to 6 (even), wall and gatepiers to No 2 form a group.
