The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. 944 ST DUNSTAN'S TERRACE
Nos 2 to 20 (even) TR 1458 SW 1/138 3.5.67.

2. Circa 1830. A terrace of small stuccoed houses. The 2 end houses at each end have 3 storeys and basement, eaves cornice, curved bays of 2 sashes on the ground floors, and round-headed doorways with semi-circular fanlights. The other houses have 2 storeys and basement, cornice and parapet, a single bay window on the ground floor and rectangular fanlights. All have 2 windows each, an iron balcony on the 1st floor (now missing from Nos 10 and 12) with a hood in the case of Nos 14 and 16, Venetian shutters and intact glazing bars. All have wrought iron spear rails surrounding small gardens.
Nos 2 to 28 (even) form a group together with Nos 24 & 25 Orchard Street.
