Description from record TR 15 NW 390:
Nos 25 to 27(consec) St Dunstan's Street [TR 14445820 sited from OS 1/1250 1970]. Grade II. A 16th century timber framed house, much restored. (1) No 25 St Dunstan's Street. 18th century brick casing to earlier building. No 26 St Dunstan's Street. 18th century brick front, much altered, to earlier timber framed building. No 27 St Dunstan's Street. Timber framed 16th century house. (2)

2. A C16 timber framed house, much restored. 2 storeys painted brick, but No 27 is rendered. Old tiled roof. No 25 has 1 canted bay through 2 storeys and 2 simple cambered doorcases. No 26 has totally restored glazing. No 27 has a gable front with 1 casement. 2 sashes with glazing bars intact and later shopfronts.
Nos 25 to 27 (consec) form a Grade II group.
