Description from record TR 15 NW 379:
Nos 60 and 61 Palace Street [TR 14955793 sited from OS 1/1250 1974]. No 60 Probably 16th century to judge from photographs.  (1) Grade II.  Early 19th century refronted.  (2) No 60 Palace Street.  Timber-framed building.  19th century brick extension. No 61 Palace Street.  Timber-framed building.  19th century brick extension.  (3)

2. Early C19 refronted.  2 storeys.  No 60 is cement rendered, No 61 is painted brick.  5 sashes and 1 cambered casement.  Later shopfront.  Grade II for group value only.
Nos 50 to 61 (consec) form a group together with Nos 14 to 24 (consec) Sun Street.
