Nos 24 and 25 TR 1458 SW 1/139 3.5.67.

2. Originally built as part of St Dunston's Terrace. Circa 1830. 3 storeys and basement yellow brick, the ground floor stuccoed. Eaves cornice. 2 windows. Curved bays of 2 sashes on the ground floor. Glazing bars intact. Iron balcony on the 1st floor. Round-headed doorways with semi-circular fanlights, Venetian shutters on the ground floor of No 24. Stone steps to street with cast iron handrails incorporating footscrapers.
Nos 1B to 25 (consec) form a group. Also forms a group with Nos 2 to 28 (even) St Dunstan's Terrace.
