2. Early C19. 2 storeys rusticated stucco. Stone coping. 3 sashes with glazing bars intact. Simple doorcase with rectangular fanlight and 6 panelled door.
Nos 16 to 22 (consec), Red brick garden to No 20, St Alphege Church Hall, Outbuilding, railings, post and wall at St Alphege Church Hall form a group.
