Description from record TR 15 NE 216:
Nos 29 and 30 Dover Street [TR 15265743 sited from OS 1/1250 1972]. Grade II. A timber-framed building refaced in the 18th century. (1) No 29 Dover Street. Timber-framed building. No 30 Dover Street. Timber-framed building. (2) The hipped roofs, height and jetties to the first floor indicate that these are of the 16th century or earlier. (3)

2. A timber-framed building refaced in the C18. 2 storeys stuccoed. No 29 is tile hung. Side elevation is brick with some exposed timbers. Half hipped tiled roof. 1 sash each with glazing bars intact. Overhang. Simple doorcases.
Nos 20 to 36 (consec) form a group.
