Description from record TR 15 NE 217:
Nos 34 to 36 (consec) Dover Street [TR 15275740 sited from OS 1/1250 1972]. Grade II. A timber-framed building refaced in the 18th century. (1) Three bay timber-framed building. (2) The visible framing, deep jetties and probable plan indicate that this is a three unit house of 16th century or earlier date. (3)

2. A timber-framed building refaced in the C18. 2 storeys stuccoed. Renewed fishscale tiled roof having 3 hipped dormers with casement windows. 3 sashes with glazing bars intact. Overhang. Early C19 shopfronts. Left side 6 panelled door. Interior has exposed beams.
Nos 20 to 36 (consec) form a group.
