Nos 26 to 28 (consec) TR 1557 NW 5/252 3.5.67.

2. C18 facade to C16 or C17 building. 3 storeys stuccoed. Old tiled roof with brick stacks. 6 sashes with glazing bars intact, 4 of them cambered.. 2 rainwater heads. Modern shopfronts.
Nos 23 to 37 (consec) and the Christchurch Gateway form a group.

Nos 26-28 Burgate [TR 15045783 sited from OS 1/1250 1972]. Grade II. 18th century facade to 16th or early 17th century building. No 26. Timber frame with stuccoed brick facade, 3 storeys, 16th-17th century. No 27/28. Timber frame with stuccoed brick facade, 16th-17th century,3 storeys. (2-3)
