Tiled roof. 8 sashes with glazing bars intact. Doorcases have reeded pilasters, rectangular fanlights and 4 panelled doors. Side elevation is weatherboarded.
No 1, wall adjoining No 1 to right, water pump opposite No 1, No 2, Nos 4 to 18 (evem), St Augustine's College, Hall, Chapel, The Cemerery Gateway, The Great Gateway, wall in front of St Augustine's form a group.
