Full Description
(TQ 74936239) "Looped BA Palstave found 1933. ?1931" (1) A looped bronze axe of palstave form discovered in a garden at Robin Hood Lane, Walderslade near Chatham in 1931. Acquired by Maidstone Museum. (2) A typical MBA looped palstave seen in Maidstone Museum. Enquiries of the present occupiers of the house (1946-51) produced no further information. The address of the former occupants is not known. (3)
