Description from record TR 15 NE 66 :
Oast House at Renville Farm, Dover Road, Patrixbourne. Grade II. MidC19 oast house with 3 circular kilns, each complete with cowl. Two storeys in red brick with tiled roof. One dormer window. Six casement windows with diamond panes. Loading door under gable. Part of the Patrixbourne estate development, and in a similar style to the oast in the village. (Shown but not described on OS 1:2500, 1970 at TQ 17135512). (1) Oast House, built in 1869. (2)
