Nos 94 and 94A Grove Court, Upstreet TR 26 SW 5/287 30.1.67.

2. Late C18. Three storeys red brick. Brick parapet, painted dentilled cornice and painted stringcourse above ground floor. Five sashes with glazing bars intact. Doorcase with engaged Doric columns and pediment, fluted surround within the columns, semi-circular fanlight and six panel double doors, behind which is a recessed door of six fielded panels C19 two storey brick extension to right hand side. The house is flanked by two C18 former stable blocks of red brick with pedimented gables containing couli and lunettes to first floor windows set in round-headed arches. Casement windows.
