2. An early C19 industrial building. 2 storeys. Ground floor brick, or stuccoed, 1st floor weatherboarded. Slate roof. Sashes, The rear elevation in St Radigund Street is of 2 storeys weatherboarded. The windows are sliding sashes on the 1st floor. 1 trap door. The ground floor is brick end has altered sliding sashes. 2 doorcases with rectangular fanlights and panelled doors.
Forms a group with No 13 Church Lane, St Radigund.
