1. 5273 LITTLEBOURNE NARGATE STREET (south-east side)

2. C18 water mill. The main portion is of 4 storeys and attic in the gable ends. Ground floor brick, painted on the north-east front and tarred on the south-west front. Upper storeys are painted weatherboarding. Tiled roof. Gable ends north-west and south-west and 2 to north-east. Sashes with glazing bars intact. In the centre of the north-west front is a small gables projection rising the whole height of the building. Simple doorcase. To the west is an L-shaped addition of 2 storeys faced with weatherboarding and having a roof in 2 hips and 3 doorways in its west wall.
