2. C18. Two storeys and attics stuccoed. Roof now covered in modern pantiles. Parapet. Two windows and one dormer. Sashes with glazing bars intact. Ground floor has two 3-light canted bays. Doorcase with pilasters, open pediment semi-circular fanlight and door of 6 fielded panels.
