The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. LOWFIELD STREET 5274 (North-West Side) No 61 TQ 5473 3/41 22.5.75.

2. Early to Mid C19. 2 storeys yellow brick. Slate mansard roof with 3 dormers. 4 sashes with glazing bars intact. The ground floor has a right side modern porch and a doorcaae glazing cornice, reeded pilasters and panelled reveals. Left side extension.

The building was delisted in February 2018 as it had been demolished at some iunknown date in the past.
