The following text is from the original listed building designation:
TR 24 NE SHEPERDSWELL & COLDRED BOTOLPH STREET (west side) 2/89 Wall and pier about 30 metres east of St Siberts Place GV II Wall and pier. Early C18 Red brick in irregular garden wall bond. Stretch of wall about 30 yards long running from road. About 7 feet high, with end pier at roadside about 10 feet high with stone cornice. Formerly courtyard wall to early C18 mansion of Sibertswold Place, burnt 1921.
