The following text is from the original listed building designation:
EASTRY CHURCH STREET TR 3154 (east side) 13/115 The Aumbry GV II
House. Circa 1830. Red brick and plain tiled roof. Two storeys with double span hipped roof and stack in central valley. Three glazing bar sashes on first floor with segmental and gauged heads and 3 on ground floor. Door of 6 raised and fielded panels with cornice hood on pilaster surround to hipped porch at left offcentre. Mid C 20 flat roofed extension to left with 1 segmental headed glazing bar sash on each floor. Two canted bay windows on right return and 3 bay elliptical conservatory to rear with balustraded roof. The house occopies the site and possibly the foundations of the medieval parsonage. Included for group value.
