5275 KING STREET (South-West Side) No 52 (Luckboat House) (TR 33145804) TR 3358 1/109 19.5.50 II* GV 2. Dated 1771. 2 storeys, 3 windows, red brick, wooden dentilled eaves cornice. Glazing bars intact. Doorway with fluted pilasters, pediment rectangular fanlight and 6-panel fielded door. Tiled roof. Nos 38 to 54 (even) form a group. (1) Nos. 50 and 52, two late eighteenth century fronts. (2)
