2. The front is dated 1709, but the west side facing Bowling Street retains from a timber framed building its 1st floor overhanging on a bressummer. 2 storeys, tiled roof, 2 windows. Ground floor plastered. Above painted brick. Stringcourse. Glazing bars intact. 2 small bay windows on ground floor. Doorway with pilasters projecting cornice and 6-panel fielded door.
Nos 28 to 36 (even) with Nos 2 to 18 (even) and No 22 Bowling Street and with Nos 3 to 11 (odd) Guildcount Lane all form a group.
