Description from record TR 35 SE 69:
Rectory Road (E side). No 3 (The Rectory) (Formerly listed under Park Road). Grade II. (No 3 Rectory Road sited to TR 3625 5182 on OS 1:1250, 1985). Large C18 house. 2 parallel ranges. 2 storeys red brick. Hipped tiled roof and parapet. 5 sashes with glazing bars intact and Venetian shutters. Round-headed doorcase in recessed brick arch with small thin window on either side. Semi-circular fan light and 6 panel moulded door. C19 addition of 1 window at the N end.Old cellar beneath the house. Side elevation is tile hung. (1) The medieval cellar of the rectory is described and its measurements are given. The cellar is provisionally dated to 1500. The present house is C18th. (2)
