The following text is from the original listed building designation:
SILVER STREET 1. 1035 (North Side) No 2 TR 3753 SE 2/403 II GV 2. C18. 2 storeys and attics stuccoed. Tiled roof with 1 dormer. 1 sash with glazing bars intact. The ground floor has an inserted Neo-Georgian bow and a modem open pedimented doorcase with console brackets and pilasters. Nos 2 to 6 (consec) form a group.
