The following text is from the original listed building designation:
S0UTH COURT 1. 1035 (North Side) No lA TR 3752 NE 1/409 II 2. C17 and later. 2 storeys and basement red brick, now partly painted. Tiled roof with brick eaves cornice. 2 sashes with. glazing bars intact to main elevation. Right side doorcase with cambered architrave and flush panelled door. The left side elevation is coated with tar but has a Flemish curved gable. Modern casements to this elevation.
