2. C16 building refaced in the early C19. 2 storeys, tiled roof, eaves gutter. 4 box sashes with glazing bars. Dormer window with modern glass and glazing bars missing. New 6-panel front door, 2 upper panels glazed. Fluted pilasters but entablature missing.
No I (Water Lane House) Bowling Cottage and Nos 3 to 7 (odd) with Nos 1 to 5 (odd) Vicarage Lane form a group.
