The following text is from the original listed building designation:
MIDDLE STREET 1. 1035 (East Side) Nos 94 and 94A TR 3752 NE 1/346 II GV 2. Mid C19, 2 storeys stuccoed. Tiled roof with 1 dormer, 2 sashes with glazing bars intact. No 94 has a left side doorcase with moulded architrave and 3 panelled door. No 94A has a modern shop front. Included for group value. Nos 82 to 96 (even) form a group.
