The following text is from the original listed building designation:
MIDDLE STREET 1. 1035 (East Side) No 120 TR 3753 SE 2/356 II GV 2. Mid C19. 2 storeys and attics. Stuccoed. Hipped tiled dormer. 1 sash with verticals only, set in moulded architraves. Left side simple doorcase with 6 panelled door, the top 2 panels cut away and glazed. Nos 110 to 126 (even) form a group.
