The following text is from the original listed building designation:
MILL ROAD 1. 1035 (North West Side) Nos 2 to 14 (even) TR 35 SE 5/365 II GV 2. A terrace circa 1840. 2 storeys stuccoed. Slate roofs with 1 hipped dormer each. Parapet with dropped moulded eaves cornice with modillions. Moulded stringcourse. Each house is divided by 2 plain pilasters having Corinthian capitals on the 1st floor. The ground floors are rusticated. 1 sash to each having moulded architraves on the 1st floor. Round-headed doorcases. Nos 2 to 14 (even) form a group.
