The following text is from the original listed building designation:
NORTH STREET 1. 1035 (North Side) No 2 (Fleet House) TR 3755 SE 2/377 II GV 2. Early C19. 2 storeys yellow brick. Parapet with stone coping. 2 sashes with glazing bars intact. Right side round-headed doorcase with keystones, blocked fanlight and 6 panelled door, the 2 top panels cut away and glazed. Nos 1 to 7 (consec) form a group.
