The following text is from the original listed building designation:
OAK STREET 1. 1035 (South Side) House to west of No 2. Nos 2 to 6 (even). TR 3752 NE 1/57A II GV 2. An C18 terrace. 3 storeys red bric., 1 or 2 sashes each with glazing bars intact. Simple round-headed doorcases with fanlights, now blocked. House to west of No 2 and Nos 2 to 6 (even) form a group.
