The following text is from the original listed building designation:
MIDDLE STREET 1. 1035 (West Side) No 109 (Georgian Cottage) TR 3753 SE 2/323 II GV 2. Mid C19. 2 storeys stuccoed. Hipped tiled roof. 2 sashes with verticals only and plain doorcase with keystone. Side elevation has glazing bars intact. Included for group value. Nos 105 to 119 (odd) form a group.
