The following text is from the original listed building designation:
HIGH STREET 1. 1035 (West Side) TR 3752 NE 1/289 20.8.75 No 127 II GV 2. Early C19 facade. 3 storeys yellow brick. Roof in 2 hips. Stone coping. 3 sashes, 2 of which are curved bows. The central one is round-headed. Simple round-headed doorcase. The Town Hall and Nos 115 to 127 (odd) form a group.
