The following text is from the original listed building designation:
FARRIER STREET 1. 1035 (North Side) No 5 TR 3753 SE 2/259 II GV 2. Date C18 to early C19. 2 storeys red brick. Half hipped tiled roof with 1 dormer 1 sash with glazing bars intact and Venetian shutters. Right side doorcase with architrave and conice. 6 fielded panelled door. Nos 1 to 7 (odd) form a group.
