The following text is from the original listed building designation:
FARRIER STREET 1. 1035 (North Side) No 11 TR 3753 SE 2/73 II GV 2. Mid to late C18. 2 storeys and attics stuccoed. Old tiled roof with 1 hipped. dormer. 2:1 sashes with glazing bars intact. Right side doorcase with entablature and reeded pilasters. 6 fielded panelled door with top 2 panels cut away and glazed. Nos 9 to 25 (odd) forma group.
