The following text is from the original listed building designation:
GOLDEN STREET 1. 1035 (South Side) TR 3753 SE 2/91 No 9 II GV 2. Early C19. 3 storeys stuccoed. Parapet with stone coping. 3 sashes, including 1 blank on 2nd floor with glazing bars intact. 3 light canted bay on 1st floor. Left side doorcase with open pediment, pilasters, panelled reveals, 6 fielded panelled door and a round-headed fanlight with 'Gothick' glazing. 3 steps to street. Nos 9 to 13 (consec) form a group.
