The following text is from the original listed building designation:
GOLDEN STREET 1. 1035 (South Side) No 13 TR 3753 SE 2/92A II GV Late C18 to early C19. 2 storeys and attics stuccoed. Old tiled roof having a parapet with stone coping. Stringcourse, 1 sash with verticals only. Left side doorcase with entablature and pilasters. Plinth. Rusticated ground floor. Nos 9 to 13 (consec) form a group.
