The following text is from the original listed building designation:
DOLPHIN STREET 1. 1035 (North Side) No 1 TR 3753 SE 2/115A II GV 2. Late C18. 3 storeys red brick. Tiled roof with projecting eaves cornice, 1 sash with segmental heads on lower floors. Glazing bars intact. Offset doorcase having moulded pilasters with Gothick heads. Narrow projecting hood. Cement plinth. Nos 1 to 11 (consec) form a group with No 164 Middle Street.
