The following text is from the original listed building designation:
DOLPHIN STREET 1. 1035 (North Side) Nos 7 and 8 TR 3753 SE 2/116A II GV 2. C18. 2 storeys and attics plastered. Old tiled roofs and modern dormers. Overhanging eaves to No 7 with brick modillions. 1 sash each with glazing bars intact. Doors up 2 steps. 6 panel moulded door with surround and entablature to No 8. Nos 1 to 11 (consec) form a group with No 164 Middle Street.
