The following text is from the original listed building designation:
DOLPHIN STREET 1. 1035 (North Side ) Nos 10 and 11 TR 3753 SE 2/116A II GV 2. C18. 2 storeys attic and basement. Old tiled roof with modern dormers and overhanging eaves cornice. 1 sash each with glazing bars intact. 6 panel moulded doors up one step. Upper 2 panels in No 10 cut away and glazed. Nos 1 to 11 (consec) form a group with 164 Middle Street.
